Institutional anti-biblical churches with hierarchical leadership with Diotrephes preeminence characteristics, contrasting the biblical house gatherings where Christ is preeminent and functioning spiritual body life of every member and the manifestation of the spirit is given to every man. Leadership is by the gifting of the man, as under shepherds, in a plurality setting. Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastor, teacher perfects the saints, do the work of ministry, and edify the body. Relational gatherings of family members of Christ’s body functioning according to the effectual working in the measure of every part makes increase of the body unto the edifying of its self. Eph.4:16 .
