Jesus said, render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s, and God what is God’s. In my words; Christ is saying we must make a distinction (daily) about our worldly decisions which HE allows in our lives.
Deciding upon the lesser of two evils is a constant for us as we live and breathe in a fallen world. Following Christ is about how much we allow our hearts to be gripped by earthly concerns, instead of living by faith. If we follow Christ, he will show us what we need to do individually.
