Ananias & Saphira ? The spirit of the Lord struck them dead. They went to hell.

    • The Lord needed to show the importance and reverence in coming to communion in the Holy Spirit without corruption (sin) being harbored within our hearts in the early church. If they were “real” believers, there is no place in that passage which said they were condemned to hell. I believe there is a sin unto death, (God takes us home early) 1 John 5:16; but for the believer this does not indicate going to hell.
