The question you ask is vitally important.
The thing is that, the Jews at the time of Jesus Christ saw only the earthly like the unsaved because they could not possess the Holy Spirit yet, but after Christ’s crucifixion Paul announces what applies.
1 Cor. 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
And therefore following verse is of utmost importance under great responsibility.
Joh. 3:11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
Being in Christ when speaking is crucial.
